Sketchy practices if you request a refund--BEWARE

I paid for extra for express delivery to have balloons delivered by 1PM to my child at work on his birthday. The delivery never happened. I reported the issue and asked for a refund, only to be told the shop was closed so they'd have to 'investigate'. Today, the status is that it's scheduled to be re-delivered. (even though I'd already requested a refund--it's no longer his birthday, balloons aren't relevant) When I pushed it, I got an apology and a notification that they'd contacted my son to let him know he was getting a delivery today and as compensation, they're giving me a store credit. (for a service I will NOT be using again.) I'd given them 3 refund/cancellation requests, and they've backed me into a corner because they contacted my kid to let him know he's getting a delivery today. (had they done this before all my cancellation requests, I would not be so irate), but after the fact is beyond the pale.

In the end, I didn't even get the entire $9.99 that I paid for the express delivery--I got $9.20. Where is the other $.79? Who even knows at this point. Never again.

EDITED: As requested by TrustPilot, I've provided my invoice and emails as proof that yes, I did place an order with your company. Sketchy to the end, I see.
